Basic formulas for Areas

1) Triangle


  6) Radius of circumcircle where a, b, c are the sides of the triangle and A is the area of the triangle.
  7) Radius of incircle where A is the area of the triangle and s is the semi perimeter.
  8) Point where medians of a triangle meet is known as the Centroid. Centroid divides a median in the ratio 2:1.

  9) Median divides a triangle into two parts of equal areas.

  10) Sum of the angles of a triangle is 180°.

  11) According to Triangle Inequality, Sum of two sides of a triangle is always greater than the third side.
